  • Athlete profile information such as your age based on year of birth, sex, height, weight, and injury history.
  • Race, training plan, training week, and training activity information you create or receive in the app.
  • Logged workout details such as dates, distance, duration, heart rate, pace, RPE, notes, and related uploads.
  • Session and security metadata such as IP address and user agent.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Create and secure your account.
  • Personalize training recommendations and app experiences.
  • Generate race planning, coaching guidance, workout analysis, and training feedback.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

AI and third-party processing

Ordinary Running Coach uses third-party AI providers to generate coaching, analysis, and feedback. Relevant inputs you submit, including profile details, race context, workout data, notes, and uploads, may be processed by those providers to produce app outputs.

Security and storage

We use application-level security measures designed to protect your information, but no method of storage, transmission, or online service is completely secure. We do not make guarantees of absolute security.

Account deletion and data removal

Logged-in users can delete their account from within the app. When an account is deleted, we immediately remove the account and associated application data from the live product.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date or post the revised version in the product.
