Ordinary Running Coach is AI-assisted and may use large language models and related tools to generate plans, coaching, analysis, and workout feedback. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or inappropriate for your personal circumstances.

Safety and personal responsibility

You should not blindly follow AI-generated coaching. You remain fully responsible for your own training, recovery, health, and safety decisions, including whether a workout, intensity, race strategy, or recommendation is appropriate for you.
